First, you will need the Warcraft III game in its Reforged version.
The website no longer provides documentation for the "Legacy TFT" version of the game.
World Editor :
World Editor is included in the game, available from a button on the Battle.net launcher. It is also available from the game files here : "x86_64\World Editor.exe".
